EXPRESS CHECK-IN: You do not have to check-in anywhere. You may go directly to your unit. A door code will be provided to you that will be active starting with 4:00 PM on the day of check-in. However, you may arrive any time after that.

PARKING: Parking is complimentary so feel free to park in front of the building closest to the unit where vacant parking spaces are available.
KEYS: For security reasons, the door code will be texted to you 2-3 days prior to your arrival date.

CABLE TV: We ask that you do not remove the HDMI cable from the back of the television as this will cause the TV set to no longer work properly. Doing so will result in a $50.00 charge to your account since a person will have to go out and reprogram the TV.
ICE MAKER: The aluminum lever should be in the “down” position to begin the ice-making process. Please allow at least 2 hours for sufficient ice to generate.
EXPRESS CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is at 10:00 AM or earlier. Before you leave please make sure all doors and windows are closed, all the lights and fans are turned off, the dishwasher is started, and that the trash is taken out. Double-check for any personal items you may have overlooked.

In case of fire CALL 9-1-1 !! As a general rule, get out of the building, and ten call the fire department from a safe place. All units are equipped with smoke alarms and a small fire extinguisher located under the kitchen sink.

In case of a tornado warning at Vintage Landing, seek shelter in the inner most hallway, a smaller inner room, a bathroom or a closet. Keep away from all windows. Vintage Landing is located in the Northern part of Camden County.
