EXPRESS CHECK-IN: You do not have to check-in anywhere. You may go directly to your unit. A door code will be provided to you that will be active starting with 4:00 PM on the day of check-in. However, you may arrive any time after that.
GATED ENTRY: StoneBridge Village Resort is a gated community and is staffed 24/7. Below is information you will need to be allowed onto the property:
- Entry into StoneBridge Resort will be granted ONLY at the guard shack located at 164 StoneBridge Parkway, Branson West MO, 65737.
- You will need to present your entry form at the gate where the guard will issue you a Parking Pass with appropriate departure date.
- Parking pass must always be viewable and you will need to present it upon re-entry each time.
- You need to keep your digital/print copy of the entry form with you at all times while on the property. The link to your entry form will be texted to you. You do not need to print it out, simply show it on your phone at the guard shack and you will be issued a paper version.

PARKING: Parking is complimentary so feel free to park in front of the building closest to the unit where vacant parking spaces are available.
KEYS: For security reasons, the door code will be texted to you 2-3 days prior to your arrival date.

CABLE TV: We ask that you do not remove the HDMI cable from the back of the television as this will cause the TV set to no longer work properly. Doing so will result in a $50.00 charge to your account since a person will have to go out and reprogram the TV.
EXPRESS CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is at 10:00 AM or earlier. Before you leave please make sure all doors and windows are closed, all the lights and fans are turned off, the dishwasher is started, and that the trash is taken out. Double-check for any personal items you may have overlooked.
