EXPRESS CHECK-IN: You do not have to check-in anywhere. You may go directly to your unit. A door code will be provided to you that will be active starting with 4:00 PM on the day of check-in. However, you may arrive any time after that.

PARKING: Parking is complimentary so feel free to park in front of the building closest to the unit where vacant parking spaces are available.
KEYS: For security reasons, the door code will be texted to you 2-3 days prior to your arrival date.

Pet Policy: Due to the owner’s severe pet allergies, absolutely no pets are allowed in this unit. Violation of this rule will be subject to an automatic $250.00 charge.
CLUBHOUSE ACCESS: 6543 is the code you will need to enter into the clubhouse. Once inside you can access the fitness center by entering 24 on its door. When using the amenities located within the Clubhouse please make sure the Amenity Card is on you at all times. The Amenity Card is located on a hook next to the condo’s main entry door. Please return it to the unit each time you use it as its replacement cost is $100.00.
CABLE TV: We ask that you do not remove the HDMI cable from the back of the television as this will cause the TV set to no longer work properly. Doing so will result in a $50.00 charge to your account since a person will have to go out and reprogram the TV.
EXPRESS CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is at 10:00 AM or earlier. Before you leave please make sure all doors and windows are closed, all the lights and fans are turned off, the dishwasher is started, and that the trash is taken out. Double-check for any personal items you may have overlooked.
